Have you heard about FABSCRAP and its new customization department?
FABSCRAP is a Brooklyn, NY based non-profit organization dedicated to textile reuse and recycling; sourcing designer label fabric from NYC fashion design studios.
Every Saturday, FABSCRAP opens its customization department to the general public where featured fashion designers use on-site sewing machines to create one-of-a-kind pieces.
The process is simple, designer label fabric and patches are paired with clothing sourced from your very own closet or on-site racks curated by Alfonso Powell and Men Of Thrift.
Best of all, FABSCRAP’s customization department services are affordable with flexible pricing.
This past Saturday, FABSCRAP featured fashion designer Royal, a Harlem, NY native with a ready-to-wear fashion brand dubbed Royal Vision. Thankfully, he will be featured again this upcoming Saturday (11/10), so be sure to stop by if you need to upgrade your closet with some heat.
Since you’re here…
